When you join our mailing list, you agree to receive emails about Distro Gaming’s planned Linux gaming PCs, presale availability, product development, and related launch announcements.

You may unsubscribe at any time by using the unsubscribe link included in an email or by contacting support@distrogaming.io.

After you unsubscribe, we may retain your email address on a suppression list so that we can honor your request and avoid sending additional marketing messages.

Cloudflare Web Analytics is used to understand website traffic and performance. Cloudflare states that its Web Analytics service collects website metrics without using cookies.

Cloudflare or other service providers may nevertheless use cookies or similar technologies that are reasonably necessary to:

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

Some browsers provide “Do Not Track” or similar privacy signals. Because we do not currently use personal information for cross-site behavioral advertising, the website does not respond differently to Do Not Track signals.

We do not sell personal information or disclose it for cross-context behavioral advertising. If our practices change, we will update this policy and implement legally required privacy-choice mechanisms, including recognition of applicable browser-based opt-out signals.

Cloudflare

We use Cloudflare for website hosting, content delivery, domain and network services, security, fraud prevention, and website analytics. Cloudflare may process technical, usage, performance, and security information while providing these services.

MailerLite

We use MailerLite to operate signup forms, maintain subscriber records, send emails, process unsubscribe requests, and measure email delivery and engagement.

Google

We use Google’s Gmail services to receive and respond to messages sent to support@distrogaming.io. Google may process message content, email addresses, attachments, and associated technical information while providing email services.

Our signup form is protected by Google reCAPTCHA, which helps us tell human visitors from automated abuse. Google may process your IP address, device and browser information, and interaction signals for this purpose. Use of reCAPTCHA is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Google Terms of Service.

Professional and legal advisers

We may provide information to attorneys, accountants, insurers, consultants, or other professional advisers when reasonably necessary to obtain their services or protect our legal and business interests.

Legal and safety disclosures

We may disclose information when we reasonably believe that disclosure is necessary to:

• Comply with a law, regulation, court order, subpoena, or other legal process.
• Respond to a lawful government request.
• Protect the rights, property, security, or safety of Distro Gaming, our users, or others.

Sale of Personal Information

We do not sell personal information.

We also do not provide subscriber email addresses to third parties for their own independent marketing purposes.

Service providers such as Cloudflare, MailerLite, and Google process information on our behalf to provide services to Distro Gaming. We do not consider those service-provider relationships to be sales of personal information.

Data Retention

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including to:

• Maintain your active mailing-list subscription.
• Provide support and respond to communications.
• Operate and secure the website.
• Comply with legal and accounting obligations.

When you unsubscribe, we may retain limited information on a suppression list to ensure that your unsubscribe request continues to be honored.

Children’s Privacy

The website and mailing list are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
